Indian Grass - Perennial prairie grass that forms upright clumps blue-green during the summer & has copper-golden seed heads in the fall. 
 
Growth: Can grow 5 - 7 feet tall.
Light: Full sun.
Soil: Tolerant of a wide range of soils that are dry to medium well-drained.
Hardiness: Drought resistant.
Benefits: Supports a wide variety of wildlife. Good companion grass for prairie flowers, but self-seeds aggressively & may not be suitable for smaller settings.
